Why isn't my site mobile enabled?

If your site is not mobile enabled, it might be due to some design issues that prevent it from being "adaptive". We can give a different result from Google Webmaster Tools for mobile, because we also check for the site to adapt to all mobile screens.

Being adaptive or responsive means the site must adjust to the mobile screen width. For a site it is very important to be mobile responsive and not just mobile friendly.
